Guwahati News Desk: Jorhat Police arrested two rickshaw pullers who allegedly raped a woman in Jorhat town on Monday night.
The incident took place under the shed of Amar Haat in the daily fish and vegetable market in the Tarajan area at around 8:35 pm.
According to the sources, the two accused were identified as 25-year-old Nagen Saikia residence of Ajanta bypass and 22-year-old Arup Jyoti Kalita is a residence of Malow Ali.
They were booked by Jorhat Police under section 376 IPC.
