Guwahati News Desk: A total of 5,347 new COVID-19 positive cases were reported and 63 people died in the last 24 hours.
Today, 64,701 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the State. Kamrup Metro alone reported 1,012 new positive cases as the active cases tally reaches 44,008
Whereas Sonitpur reported 291 new cases, Nagaon with 343 cases and Kamrup Rural with 424 cases as the positivity rate of the State hit 8.26 per cent.
